Accusolve is a UK accountancy practice with an AAT Licensed Accountant. We review the records behind your Xero reports and agree the setup, cleanup or recurring bookkeeping work your business needs.
We support London startups setting up their first accounts, SMEs moving from spreadsheets, directors taking over an existing Xero file and ecommerce businesses reconciling sales and payment data. The work is scoped around transaction volumes, existing records and your reporting needs.
We review the chart of accounts, opening information and VAT settings, help set up available bank feeds with your authorisation, and agree how invoices, receipts and payments will be recorded. We also explain responsibilities for bookkeeping and how payroll information will feed into the accounts where relevant.
Moving from spreadsheets or other accounting software starts with a review of your source data and a suitable changeover date. We agree which records can be transferred, check opening balances and outstanding customer and supplier items, and reconcile the handover to previous accounts. Migration scope depends on data quality and the systems involved.
We can review unreconciled bank entries, duplicate transactions, missing documents and inconsistent account or VAT coding. We agree the backlog and priorities, investigate differences and document adjustments. If previous returns may be affected, we discuss the appropriate review or correction work separately.
Our agreed monthly bookkeeping service can cover transaction coding, bank and payment-account reconciliations, customer and supplier balances, and follow-up on missing records. A regular handover schedule makes it clear what you need to provide and when figures are ready for review.
We review VAT records and support Making Tax Digital workflows where applicable, linking the bookkeeping to agreed VAT return support. At year-end, we reconcile balances and prepare handover schedules for accounts and Corporation Tax work. Xero bookkeeping does not itself complete every statutory filing obligation.
Where part of your agreed service, we prepare management reports and discuss the figures with you. Reporting content and frequency depend on the decisions you need to make and the records available.
Our ecommerce accounting support can include reviewing marketplace and payment-provider data, fees, refunds and settlement reconciliations. We assess existing integrations and supported import workflows before agreeing changes, including checks for duplicate or missing entries.
We agree the review scope and access permissions first. You retain control of your accounts; use authorised invitations rather than sending passwords.
