Core Company Compliance Support
We agree the scope for your UK company before work begins. Depending on the company's status and filing obligations, support can include:
Deadlines Calendar (At a Glance)
- Annual accounts due to Companies House (private limited) — typically 9 months after year end.
- Corporation Tax return (CT600) — 12 months after year end; Corporation Tax payment usually 9 months + 1 day after year end.
- Confirmation statement — every 12 months on or before the review date.
- VAT, payroll and other returns — scheduled separately if applicable (we’ll manage these too).
We can agree deadline reminders around your accounting reference date and the filings included in your engagement.
What We Need From You
- Year-end bookkeeping records (or use our Virtual Finance Office for monthly bookkeeping).
- Bank statements and sales/purchase ledger exports.
- Fixed asset updates, stock levels and any large/one-off transactions.
- Director/shareholder changes and PSC updates during the year.
- Any tax elections or reliefs you wish to claim (we’ll advise).
Digital Signing & Remote Approvals
Accounts and returns can be reviewed remotely. Where electronic approval is used in the agreed process, we provide the relevant documents for director review and retain filing copies for the company's records.

Overseas Director Company Compliance FAQs
-
Can you file everything without me travelling to the UK?
The accounting and filing process can usually be managed remotely using agreed document-sharing and approval arrangements. Registered office support is a separate service where required.
-
What happens if I’m late with accounts or the confirmation statement?
We’ll act quickly to prepare and file outstanding items, appeal penalties where appropriate and put a deadline calendar in place to prevent repeats.
-
Do you handle PSC changes and shareholder updates?
Yes. We maintain PSC records, file confirmation statements and update Companies House when ownership or control changes.
